أكد سفير موسكو لدى لبنان، ألكسندر زاسيبكين، اليوم الأربعاء، عدم ورود معلومات عن وجود مواطنين روس بين ضحايا الانفجار الضخم في مرفأ بيروت. وأوضح زاسيبكين، أثناء مؤتمر صحفي افتراضي نظمته وكالة “نوفوستي” أن زوجة أحد موظفي السفارة الروسية أصيبت بجروح خفيفة جراء الحادث، موضحا أن المرأة كانت في الشارع لحظة وقوع الانفجار وتمت خياطة جرحها على وجه السرعة وليس هناك أي داع للقلق بشأن وضعها. أما بخصوص إمكانية سقوط مواطنين روس بين قتيل وجريح جراء الانفجار، فقال الدبلوماسي الروسي: “بادر موظفونا القنصليون فورا إلى الهواتف، لكن لم ترد أي بيانات عن قتلى أو مصابين (روس)”.
